GoLive Support

GoLive is the cool name for our pay-monthly website packages. If you’re a GoLive client, we’ve compiled a number of FAQs below, which we think will be helpful to you. If you don’t find an answer to your question, please contact us and the team will help.

I need to change my billing information

If you need to change your billing details, just simply message us at: hello@convertaroo.com and let us know. Our team will then send over a link for you to amend your details, within 24hrs.

My website is down, help!

Our websites rarely go down, but if this does happen and you notice it before we do, use the live chat on the Convertaroo homepage or email hello@convertaroo.com and we will get it back up and running as a priority.

How do I work out my remaining amends for this month?

Just ask! We will be able to let you know.

I've been told my amend hours have ran out, why?

Every time you ask for amend, the minimum amount of time given for that task is set at 30 minutes. Therefore, if you email 6 times with 6 separate tasks. No matter how little they are, each will amount to 30 minutes spent.

The best way to save your time is by grouping your amends together and sending them to use as one lot.

I've used all my amend hours this month, but need some extra changes.

We totally understand that some changes cannot be planned for. If you need your website amending, but you’ve spent your monthly amends, don’t worry – we offer extra hours (priced at £35 / $45 per hour). Email us and we can get it sorted for you.

What happens when I cancel my GoLive subscription?

All businesses change. We totally get it. So, if you no longer need your website, contact us and let us know. We require 30 days notice for your subscription cancellation. Once your website is cancelled, we will send you a package via email.

We will then hold your website design and build in our database for 90 days, just in case you wish for us to put it back live. After 90 days, your website will be deleted from our system including all files and build.

I need a new email address creating please

Of course! Email us and send over the email address you’d like us to create for you and we will get it done the same day!

Need some extra help? Our add-on service allows you to purchase one-time extras, at a discounted rate, giving you the extra support you need from a team you trust!

Extra Hours

Looking for some big changes to your website? We hear you! If you need some extra hour amends, you can easily add them on.

This includes design and technical amends (like installing or integrating software with your website.

£35 per hour ($45)

Website Backlinking

Get your website higher in Google with our backlink service. We will provide your website with 10 genuine backlinks a week, adding your website to directories and forums to help you get higher on Google. We will even send you a report each month on your ranking, to see your climb with your own eyes.

£40pm ($52pm)

Logo Design

First impressions count, which is why your logo NEEDS to look badass! If you need a new logo for your business, send us over a little brief and our design team will work their magic, creating you a logo which you will love. We will also send over all the necessary files, including all the dimensions needed for social media.

£180 ($225)
